Site Visit Tech

We're looking for detail-oriented professionals to conduct on-site evaluations and help customers understand their ADU possibilities. In this pivotal customer-facing role, you'll be the first LADU team member many clients meet in person.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough property assessments to determine ADU eligibility and options
• Measure and document site characteristics, including lot dimensions, access points, and potential constraints
• Interact directly with homeowners, answering technical questions about ADU possibilities
• Explain the LADU process, timeline, and next steps clearly to prospective clients
• Identify upsell opportunities and address customer concerns
• Document findings in our system for our design and permitting teams
• Travel throughout Los Angeles County to visit multiple properties per day
